Flap Wheels
Flap Wheel is a versatile, high performing abrasive tool designed for grinding, deburring, cleaning & polishing of small diameter tubing, concave & convex surfaces, channel & recessed areas on a variety of surfaces.
Flap Wheels are made of flaps of Coated Abrasive. These flaps are reinforced at the center with a strong flexible resilient adhesive.
The Salient feature of the Flap Wheel is that it is non-loading and non dulling because of the unique nature of flaps wearing away evenly in use. These provide consistent finish in uniform rate of cut.
APPLICATION: Finishing of sheet metal components, automobile / two wheeler / bicycle parts, etc.
USAGE: On Buffing Machines, Polishing Lathes, Cylindrical / Centerless Grinders Automatic Polishing Machines.
SIZE: 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300mm in Diameter & 25, 50, 75mm Width.
GRIT: 60 to 400.
